2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by OWN THE CRAFT, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services
OWN THE CRAFT offers, among others:
- Web development (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce)
- App development guidance (iOS & Android)
- Online marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media)
- Reputation management services
- Operation of own digital products and platforms
4. Offers and Pricing
All offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. OWN THE CRAFT reserves the right to suspend services if payment is delayed.
6. Project Delivery
OWN THE CRAFT delivers services on a best-effort basis, based on the information and input provided by the client or partner.
Delivery timelines are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
7. Ownership and Rights
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered product or service. OWN THE CRAFT retains the right to showcase delivered work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability
OWN THE CRAFT is not liable for:
- Indirect damage, lost profits, or consequential damage.
- Issues arising from third-party software or services (such as WordPress, Shopify, plugins, etc.).
Liability is always limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service.
9. Termination and Cancellation
Both parties may terminate the agreement in writing with due observance of any agreed notice periods.
Costs for work already performed will be charged.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the court in the registered location of OWN THE CRAFT.
